Dhanteras Season's Best Gold Rate

We know gold prices can move quickly during the festive season, so this lets you lock in a rate early and shop with peace of mind.

1. How it works.
   

   You can block (book) gold at Rs. 10,000/- per gram as an advance booking amount, to reserve a piece of diamond jewellery. The minimum booking is one (1) gram. The booking secures the gold rate only, as explained in point 2. All other components of the jewellery are charged as per the price marked on the piece.

2. Lower-rate protection.
   

   Your final invoice will carry the lower of (a) Aukera's gold rate for the relevant purity on your booking date, or (b) Aukera's gold rate for that purity on your invoicing date.

3. Validity.
   

   To enjoy the rate protection, please complete both booking and invoicing during the Dhanteras Season, 10 October 2026 to 6 November 2026. Bookings invoiced after 6 November 2026 will be billed at the gold rate prevailing on the invoicing date.

4. Adjustment of advance.
   

   Your booking amount will be adjusted in full against your final invoice. The rate protection applies to the gold value only, and does not extend to making charges, diamonds, GST or other charges.

5. Cancellations and refunds.

   Because your booking reserves a gold rate on your behalf, we are unable to cancel bookings or refund the booking amount in cash. Your booking amount stays fully adjustable against your purchase.

6. Buy-back.

   Jewellery purchased with this benefit is covered by Aukera's buy-back policy in force at the time. If you received a complimentary gold coin with your purchase (Section 2), the value of the coin will be adjusted against the buy-back value.

Shri Yantra Gold Coin on Diamond Purchase

A small token of auspicious beginnings from us, to mark your diamond purchase this Dhanteras.

1. How it works.
   

   When you purchase diamond jewellery during the Dhanteras Season, you receive a complimentary 24 Kt Shri Yantra gold coin, as set out in the table below.

2. Eligible value.
   

   The coin is calculated on the diamond value of your invoice. That means the value of the diamonds alone, excluding gold value, making charges, taxes and other charges. The minimum eligible diamond value is Rs. 50,000/-.

3. Coin weight.
   

   You receive 0.5 gram of 24 Kt gold coin for every Rs. 50,000/- of diamond value on a single invoice, counted in full multiples of Rs. 50,000/-.

4. Single invoice.
   

   Diamond value is counted per invoice and cannot be combined across invoices.

5. Exclusions.
   

   This benefit does not apply to loose diamonds, or to purchases of gold or silver coins.

6. Nature of the gift.
   

   The coin is our gift to you, so it cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product, and is not eligible for return or refund.

7. Buy-back.
   

   If you choose to avail buy-back on the jewellery, the value of the coin will be adjusted against the buy-back amount, as per Aukera's buy-back policy at that time.

8. Returns and exchanges.
   

   If the jewellery is returned or exchanged, we request that the coin be returned in its original condition. Otherwise, its prevailing value will be adjusted against the amount refunded or credited.

If legal, regulatory or operational circumstances require it, Aukera may extend, modify, suspend or withdraw any of these benefits, or amend these terms. Any changes will be displayed in store and on our website, and will not affect invoices already issued.
