Exchange: Aukera provides you with the option to upgrade your jewellery at any time. You may take advantage of the Aukera Lifetime Exchange facility if you so choose.
Buy Back: Aukera understands that, for personal reasons, you might like to return your precious piece of Aukera and opt for the money-back facility. Should you wish to do so, please avail of the Aukera Lifetime Buy-Back Promise.

Aukera Exchange and Upgrade
Aukera offers you, at any point in time, the option to upgrade your jewellery. Should you wish to do so, you may avail of the Aukera Lifetime Exchange option.

Aukera's Best Value Buy Back Policy
Aukera understands that, for personal reasons, you might like to return your precious piece of Aukera and avail of a money-back facility. Should you wish to do so, please avail of the Aukera Lifetime Buy-back facility.
Eligibility
- All Aukera jewellery bought at an Aukera Exclusive Retail Store near you or from our webstore at www.aukerajewellery.com
Non-eligibility
- We regret that made-to-order jewellery or customised designs will not be eligible for this facility.
- We regret that pieces that are engraved, customised, or personalised will not be eligible for this facility.
- If the jewellery is damaged or not in a satisfactory condition, we regret to inform you that this facility cannot be availed of
- If the piece is not accompanied by the original invoice and IGI certificate.
Use one of our convenient options to avail the Aukera Buy-Back offer on any jewellery purchased at the Aukera Retail Store or www.aukerajewellery.com
- You may present the Aukera jewellery at an Aukera Exclusive Retail Store near you or inform Customer Service for an Online fulfilment.
- You are requested to present the jewellery in its original condition, with the following
- The invoice
- The IGI certificate
- In the event that you avail the facility at an Aukera Retail Store near you, the store will provide you with an acknowledgement of all of the above
- In case you wish to avail the facility online, we request that you ship the jewellery safely to our warehouse. Customer service will guide you through the details. Or you may request for Aukera pick up the jewellery from a registered address and safely transport it to our warehouse.
- Requirements for this facility are listed below under "Safe Transportation of Aukera Jewellery from the Customer to the Aukera Warehouse"
- On receipt of the jewellery at the Aukera Warehouse, the jewellery will be checked by the Quality Check Department. In case the jewellery and all other requirements listed above are found to be in order, your request for Buy-back will be processed.
- In case there are concerns with the condition of the jewellery or any of the other requirements listed above that are not met, Aukera Customer Service will reach out to you, explain the concern, and return the jewellery safely to you.
- The cost of the return shipment will be Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only)
- In case the piece of jewellery is approved for processing as Buy-back, you will be issued a Credit Note for its value as below:
- Full value of the precious metal, based on the prevailing price
- 80% of the prevailing value of a diamond < 50 cents and 70% on the prevailing value of a diamond 50 cents and up. In other words, if a piece has a combination of sizes of diamonds, the rate will be applicable basis the largest diamond.
- Labour, certification fee, and GST will be deducted as these are costs that are not refundable from the third parties they have been paid to
- This best Buy-Back value will be paid to you within 8–10 business days.
- The amount will be processed in the same method of payment received: – Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking

Safe Transportation of Aukera Jewellery from Customer to Aukera Warehouse
- Aukera offers the service of safely transporting your precious jewellery from your registered address to the warehouse in case you wish to avail of the Return, Exchange, Buy-back facility.
- You are requested to register a pick-up at an Aukera store near you or contact Customer Service at contact@aukerajewellery.com or at +91 89040 43838 between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
- The pick-up will be arranged by an Aukera-authorised shipping partner.
- You will receive a tamper-proof packaging container from us in advance.
- Please prepare your precious jewellery for dispatch as follows:
- Secure your jewellery in a tamper-proof container and seal it before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless it is destroyed.
- Please email us at contact@aukerajewellery.com with the following details:
- Your registered name, mobile number, and address
- Original invoice: scan or photo
- Original IGI Certificate: scan or photo
- Photos of the jewellery
- The shipment, with insurance included, will be arranged within 2–3 business days from the date of request.
- The cost of shipment, including insurance, will be Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) from any Pin-code in India to the Aukera warehouse.
- In case the customer chooses to ship the item of jewellery to our warehouse using his/her own choice of shipping, Aukera accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipping.
Changes in Policies
Aukera reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. It is advisable to review the policies frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website: www.aukerajewellery.com. Any material changes made to the policies will be made here, along with a notification that the policies have been updated.
